I asked Kelley what he wanted for Father's day yesterday.  He said  "Time." 

Hmmmmm.  Where can I get some of that?

  He has been going as fast as he can go on the remodeling upstairs...then the chickens had to be moved to the front burner as they outgrew their pen.  So he got a good start on that.  Then Gordon asked him if he would build a block wall between his and Winklers house.  So the chickens got put on hold and he's been working on the wall.  And this is after he gets home from his regular job.  Rick came over the other day while Kelley was out there working and asked if my man ever gets tired.  Yup.  I think he is tired.

The first part of the wall was the hardest.  They had to dig a big trench to set the foundation.  So much digging! Rick came over and helped dig and  KC and Jared have been helping him a lot with this job.  I'm so grateful for that!

This is a sad old mixer Kelley borrowed from Gail.  That's weird for Kelley to not have a working mixer of his own....Jamey has a lot of their equipment cause he's been using it and Kelley hasn't really needed it for a while.

Anyway, this mixer is on it's last leg.  It chugs and rattles and shakes,  chugga chugga chugga woooo! chugga chugga chugga woooooooo! ( you could dance to this mixer)   Kelley really had to baby it to get it to go, but so far...it's done the job!

 This is terrible hard dirty work.  These guys are real troopers!

 Leslie's back yard is sure lovely... I noticed she has a crane too...wonder if she has had trouble with  her fish disappearing too.

Kelley said he's going to try to get off work early today so they can finish it up tonight! 

Wish there was something I could do to help...try to make sure they have drinks and something to eat...don't know what else too do!
