Still trying to catch up from earlier this summer.  Camille's family was able to come and stay for about a month,  and we had the best time!  It's for sure the happiest time of the year for me!

Kellen gets these fun perks from all the travel he does for work, so he got us a girls night at the Marriott downtown.  We took the kids down in the afternoon and they swam in the pool.  Emily is real brave now with her little floatie and just jumps right in.  Olivia is so good to play with her too.  We all got in and swam cause it was hot!

After they were done swimming, Kellen took the kids home and us girls got ready and went out on the town.  We went shopping over at city creek.  We tried on make up and perfume and clothes and shoes and laughed until we about peed our pants.  Then we went to the cheesecake factory for dinner and had the yummiest food! This cornbread appetizer was  just amazing.  We ordered our food, then our waiter just disappeared.  We waited and waited, then finally flagged down another waitress and she said they had had a fire in the kitchen that had caused the delay. She had her hand wrapped up from a burn but she took over being our waitress and was awesome.  It was kind of late when we got done, so we walked to Harmons (amazing swanky grocery store right there in the middle of city creek!) to get a few things.  After we decided we wanted to get cheesecake (we had talked to the waitress about getting some before we left but she was so flustered trying to catch up, that we just let it go)so we walked back by cheesecake factory.  That cute waitress saw us and fixed us up and wouldn't let us pay for it.
We went back to the hotel and played racko till we were all tired then went to bed.
It was sure a fun, much needed girls night out!  I wish we could do things like that all the time!

Everybody ready for church!  Camille thought she might get a little break from their 8:00 am church, but with ours being at 9, and the time difference, she ended up still going at 8!  Ha!  She's on the ball though and has learned to get things together the night before to make that morning a little less stressful.

We went up to Strawberry the next day and had a ball fishing!  It's so great now that Sam is over his anxiety with the life jacket.  It used to really stress him out!  Now he wanted to wear it and jump right in the water!  I couldn't believe it cause the water was cold!  Sam has grown up a lot and is just a funny , smart, tender little guy that's fun to be around.

Then the clouds rolled in and it started to rain.  really hard.  It blew over quick though so we kept fishing.

Emily was waaaaaaaaaay excited!

Kate caught the biggest fish!

Another day we took a drive up to Silver Lake.  It was so pretty up there and the kids loved walking around the lake.  We are so lucky to live close to these beautiful mountains!

.
The moose was hanging out close by.  I guess he's so used to having people around, he just looks at you like he's bored and goes on eating.

There were squirrels running all over the place

 That was a good day!
