The guys got the garden finished up so we decided to go for a drive up the arroyo.

It was greener than I've ever seen it and the water was really gushing out of the falls.  We hadn't been there that early in the spring before so it was fun to see it like that.

 Chris was trying to clean the sand out of the hole so he could have a little tub to sit in. It was filling  up from the other side as fast as he swished it out!

 The rocks in the water were really slippery and Maggie fell...twice.  I know it hurt pretty bad but she was a trooper.

 Mark's friend Julie came with us too, so it was good to get to visit with her. She is really a sweetheart.

 I love how Chris lives his live in YOLO mode.  He's always game to try anything and doesn't want to miss any experience.

 On the way back, we went up the other little  canyon to see if there was water in the pond.  It's a little hike to get back to it, but when you get there it's like a little oasis.
